Policy

Recordings:

Some services include a recording of your session. These recordings will be e-mailed to you up to one week after the service has been rendered.

Please note that these recordings are kept private and will only be issued to the client(s). You have the right to refuse to be recorded, just keep in mind that we will not be able to issue any recordings if you were to change your mind.

Once your recording has been emailed out, we will wait for your confirmation that it has successfully arrived. We will delete any recordings from our records 24 hours after your confirmation. This is to ensure that your privacy is respected.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule a service within 24 hours' notice with written notice. Please send a direct e-mail to ritualcomun@gmail.com to notify your practitioner and they will send you availability for the next upcoming open session date.

Grace Period:

All services include a 15-minute grace period. This allows both practitioner and client to arrive up to 15 minutes late from the scheduled time. Your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. If the client arrives after the 15-minute grace period, service is subject to cancellation. The client will be offered a time for rescheduling their service but no refunds will be given. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us, so that we can resolve any issues. We want to provide you with the best care we can.

Intro Calls:

All services typically include a 15- minute introductory call.

The intro call is required for services to be rendered with new clients. Returning clients will need to speak with the practitioner and This service is complimentary but is included in the rendering of the service and is included in the full price of the booking. If the practitioner or client does not wish to move forward with the booked session, 30% of the service price will be refunded to the client after the intro call has been completed.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Any booked service may be canceled and eligible for a partial refund 24-48 hours before the scheduled service and intro call takes place. Services must be paid in full 48 hours before a session is rendered.

If you wish to cancel the same day prior to your scheduled service no refund will be issued but an opportunity for a session date will be made available.

Please allow 24-48 hours for any refunds to be processed. Any international payments may take longer due to banking protocols. Feel free to reach out to us if you are encountering any issues.

During any booked service, if the practitioner feels unsafe, threatened, or any disrespectful remarks or actions in any form are directed toward the practitioner from the client, the service will be immediately forfeited and no refund will be given.

Terms and Conditions

Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us! We do not share your information or any conversation details you have during a session with anyone. If a practitioner feels it is important to consult with a fellow Ritual Comun practitioner, you will be formally notified, and we will only act upon your approval.

Your Safety is always our priority! We are committed to bringing holistic, ethical, and compassionate care. Ritual Comun, LLC practitioners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is considered beyond our scope of care. This includes suicidal ideation as well as homicidal ideation.

If during the course of any service the client begins to exhibit any signs of care that is out of the scope of our care, we will do our best to find appropriate resources to better assist your needs. Again, this is done to keep everyone safe we do not assume responsibility for any referrals given.

Please note that if at any point information that pertains to either physical, sexual, neglect, financial abuse to the above-mentioned populations- will be reported to the proper USA entities. ***
